Celebrating 35 Years of Sea-Dar and most importantly, the relationships that have shaped our journey.

We were so honored to gather with so many of the clients, architects, designers, tradespeople, and industry partners who have been part of the Sea-Dar story over the years. These relationships are at the heart of of what we do and have played a meaningful role in our growth and continued success.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate, it was a wonderful evening filled with good conversation, familiar faces, and plenty of reasons to celebrate.

We are so excited to share that our Elevated Brownstone project, done in collaboration with Anne-Snelling Lee, RUHL | JAHNES , and Manuel de Santaren, has been featured in Modern Luxury Interiors Volume III !

This historic Back Bay townhouse required a careful balance of preservation and transformation. From a custom four-car vehicle lift to a five stop octagonal glass elevator integrated into the original staircase, every element required thoughtful sequencing and precision. Original architectural details, including wood flooring, coffered ceilings, crown molding, and fire places were preserved while introducing modern mechanical, electrical, lighting, AV, and living systems throughout the home.

The result is a contemporary residence that respects the architectural character of its historic setting while meeting the demands of modern living.

We are so excited to see our Splash of Color project’s kitchen published in Boston Home ‘s Kitchen Spotlight.

This project was a full renovation of an 1896 Victorian home, that had its original character ripped out from a previous renovation. The goal was to bring back that historical charm and infuse the space with bold colors while still making the home comfortable for an active family of six.

Team Sea-Dar proudly took on our 15th annual PMC this past weekend, riding with purpose to support life-saving cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute

Over the past 15 years, we’ve raised more than $1.5 million, a milestone made possible by the dedication of our riders, supporters, donors, and community. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s ride another success.

For this ground-up single family home, we built a full-scale exterior mockup in collaboration with our partners at Hacin

This allows our teams to evaluate materials, detailing, and craftsmanship before installation on the home. This helps identify and resolve potential challenges early while ensuring every element meets the design intent.

Just as importantly, it gives our clients the opportunity to experience a preview of their future home! Stay tuned to see the exterior take shape.

At our underway renovation project in the Ritz-Carlton South Station Tower, the vision was to create a larger living room by removing the walls of the former office. However, we now have to face the challenge of moving a roof drain pipe running directly through the new space.

Working closely with the building team, we coordinated a solution to relocate the pipe into the adjacent bedroom.

Every renovation has challenges, and solving them is all part of the process! Stay tuned as this project continues to take shape.

We are so excited to see our Water Mill Retreat project published in Modern Luxury: Hamptons

This renovation focused on improving close function and connection between rooms while preserving the home’s original character. Featuring an open kitchen, living, entry, office, and a redefined primary suite. A vaulted rotunda now anchors the space, seamlessly connecting these key rooms. The project continued to grow with the addition of a customized gym.
