Pan-Mass Challenge 2026! 🧡🚴🏼

Team Sea-Dar proudly took on our 15th annual PMC this past weekend, riding with purpose to support life-saving cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute

Over the past 15 years, we’ve raised more than $1.5 million, a milestone made possible by the dedication of our riders, supporters, donors, and community. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s ride another success.

For this ground-up single family home, we built a full-scale exterior mockup in collaboration with our partners at Hacin

This allows our teams to evaluate materials, detailing, and craftsmanship before installation on the home. This helps identify and resolve potential challenges early while ensuring every element meets the design intent.

Just as importantly, it gives our clients the opportunity to experience a preview of their future home! Stay tuned to see the exterior take shape.

At our underway renovation project in the Ritz-Carlton South Station Tower, the vision was to create a larger living room by removing the walls of the former office. However, we now have to face the challenge of moving a roof drain pipe running directly through the new space.

Working closely with the building team, we coordinated a solution to relocate the pipe into the adjacent bedroom.

Every renovation has challenges, and solving them is all part of the process! Stay tuned as this project continues to take shape.

We are so excited to see our Water Mill Retreat project published in Modern Luxury: Hamptons

This renovation focused on improving close function and connection between rooms while preserving the home’s original character. Featuring an open kitchen, living, entry, office, and a redefined primary suite. A vaulted rotunda now anchors the space, seamlessly connecting these key rooms. The project continued to grow with the addition of a customized gym.

At our Splash of Color project, we converted an existing garage into a custom gym featuring a sauna and cold plunge. A space built for every stage of wellness, from workouts to recovery.

Great projects are built through collaboration.

At our 14,000 sf ground-up residence in Massachusetts, the framing process has been driven by close coordination between us, , and from the very beginning. Together, the team selected trim joists on the first and second floors to allow ductwork, piping, and other MEP systems to run seamlessly through the structure while maximizing efficiency and minimizing future conflicts.

The coordination goes beyond the drawings by using augmented reality technology to visualize MEP layouts before installations begins.

At one of our Boston townhome projects, we installed a disappearing pool. Thanks to and their Hydrofloors technology, our clients are able to not only have a pool, but also a full patio to use for entertaining.

With a push of a button, the pool floor rises and lowers to the desired depth, whether that be a full pool or a wading pool.
