Every project has a story — and this one in the Winthrop Highlands really grew into something special.

What started as a vision took shape from the ground up. We expanded upward with a second story, opening the home to more light, more space, and better views. Out back, we built a large deck designed for living and entertaining, paired with glass railings to keep those views completely unobstructed. The yard came together with a tiered backyard, turning the landscape into an extension of the home itself.

Watching a concept evolve into a finished home never gets old.
