Some people don’t just know the work. They make everyone around them better at it.

Meet Charlie B., one of our Feeney Brothers trainers who brings years of industry knowledge, dedication, and pride to everything he does.

From sharing his experience to helping others build their skills and work safely, Charlie leads by example and sets a standard others can learn from.

Great things are built long before the work is finished.

They're built through preparation, hard work, and people who take pride in what they do.

Every job is an opportunity to learn, improve, and leave something lasting behind.

Take pride in the work. Build something that lasts.

For many, their first job in construction is the start of something bigger.

Learning the equipment. Building your skills. Taking pride in doing the job right. And gaining the experience that turns a job into a career.

This Careers in Construction Month, we’re recognizing the people who have chosen to build theirs in the trades.
