Rodrigo joined Corderman more than eight years ago and has since been an integral part of our in-house Labor team. His commitment, work ethic, and willingness to learn have helped shape his growth throughout his time with the company.

With many years of hands-on experience, Rodrigo brings a strong understanding of our day-to-day field operations and what it takes to deliver successful projects in Boston.

We are well underway at Whittier Place where the Corderman team is managing the renovations of multiple entrances at Buildings 6 and 8.

The final improvements will include aluminum panel facades over the existing concrete canopies, new roofs, and enclosed glass vestibules that provide added protection from the New England weather conditions.

With residents remaining in place throughout construction, the work is being completed in phases to maintain access to each building and minimize disruption.

Stay tuned for more updates as the entrances take shape!

Another memorable night at the Boston Inclusive Co****le Tournament benefiting Special Olympics Massachusetts !

The Corderman team had a lot of fun competing alongside the athletes and companies from around Boston. The friendly competition and lively energy made for another exciting evening. We’re proud to support Special Olympics Massachusetts and the incredible work they do across the state.

This event is always a standout on the calendar, and we can’t wait to be back!

Bright, bold, and built for global impact 🌎

Corderman & Company completed a 14,862 SF office buildout for Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP (BAL) at One Beacon Street in Boston. Founded in 1980, BAL is a corporate immigration law firm operating across more than 185 countries.

Visitors enter through the waiting area into a bright, colorful space, met by striking wall graphics throughout, featuring imagery ranging from Boston athletes to iconic destinations around the world.

The build includes a variety of private offices and open work areas, a large boardroom, and a small conference room, along with a large breakroom and café complete with an island, hightop seating, table seating, and a ping pong table.

Taking our craftsmanship to new heights. 🏙️

More than 40 stories above Boston, Corderman & Company delivered renovations to a unit inside South Station Tower | Boston ‘s The Ritz-Carlton Residences.

Led by Ryan Lambert, a talented member of our Corderman Carpentry team, the scope included custom millwork, cabinetry, and shelving throughout multiple rooms, all set against views stretching across downtown Boston and the harbor.

Thanks to Watson Brothers Architectural Millwork and Performance Electrical for their help delivering a renovation that reflects the exceptional standards of these residences.

GBLS - 197 Friend Street📍🏙️

Corderman & Company completed the renovation of Greater Boston Legal Services main office in Boston, MA. The refreshed space includes a new waiting area and elevator lobby, conference rooms, open work areas with workstations, and added storage rooms.

The project also included the replacement of the building’s fire alarm panel, which serves not only the first-floor space but the entire building. This required careful coordination to complete the work while maintaining building operations.

For more than a century, Greater Boston Legal Services has provided free civil legal assistance to individuals and families throughout the community. We’re proud to have contributed to a space that supports their team and the important work they do.
