Welcome to The Alley 🏙️

Corderman & Company recently managed the buildout of the The Alley by Craft Food Halls , a 6,500 SF food hall and social hub at One Post Office Square.

Designed to seamlessly transition from corporate to casual, The Alley features eight distinct zones, each offering a unique setting for dining, gathering, and socializing. The buildout includes a striking entry with a moss wall and custom millwork installation, multiple lounge and seating environments, food and beverage areas, a full bar, and extensive technology and AV integrations, including a self-serve beer tap wall.

Each zone brings its own character through unique finishes, furnishings, lighting, and design details, while coming together as one cohesive space centered around flexibility, movement, and connection.

We’re grateful for the collaboration that brought The Alley to life, transforming this vision into a dynamic new amenity at One Post Office Square.

“Water cooler talk” just got way better.

Over the years, Corderman & Company has had the opportunity to build a number of kitchens and cafés in premier office spaces throughout the city of Boston.

While they may only be one piece of a larger buildout, our team has discovered that we have been creating places where people gather, designed for the moments in between hectic work schedules and meetings. Constructing kitchens means offering spaces for tenants to take a breath, build culture, and connect with colleagues. We found that the spaces built for these in-between moments tend to be the most meaningful.

🧗 Corderman & Company is going Over the Edge!

This October, members of the Corderman team will be heading Over the Edge, rappelling more than 200 feet down the Hyatt Regency in support of Special Olympics Massachusetts .

We’re excited to take part in this unforgettable event while helping support the incredible work of Special Olympics and the athletes and communities it serves.

A fresh look at the final stages. 🌿

As the 9th Floor of South Station Tower | Boston enters the final phase of construction, lush greenery and refined finishes are coming together throughout The Great Room, The Signature Bar, and The Marketplace. It’s rewarding to see the final details fall into place as these highly anticipated spaces move one step closer to completion.

We’re proud to continue contributing to one of Boston’s newest landmarks. The reveal is almost here, stay tuned!
