Suffolk was proud to sponsor and participate in this year’s AAAE Conference in Los Angeles, where aviation leaders from across the country came together to share innovative ideas and explore the future of airport management.

Representing Suffolk were Emery Molnar and Isabella Ramos, who joined industry professionals in conversations around emerging trends and evolving regulations shaping the aviation sector. It was especially rewarding to connect with peers and partners in Southern California and highlight the strength of our West Region team.

Through our Aviation & Transportation Center of Excellence, we are committed to helping clients navigate an evolving industry with the expertise, innovation and delivery capabilities needed to support complex aviation projects.

Suffolk Northeast employees from our Rhode Island projects team recently volunteered at the ACE RI x Building Futures Trades Day 2026, introducing local high school students to careers in architecture, construction, and engineering.

With more than 500 students attending from across the state, the event gave students hands-on exposure to the skilled trades and opportunities within the construction industry. Suffolk was proud to participate as both an event sponsor and exhibitor, connecting with students at our information booth to share more about our projects and career opportunities.

We were especially proud to highlight our Brown University Danoff Life Sciences Laboratories project and Suffolk’s partnership with Building Futures. Special thanks to Jenna Andrianopoulos-Kornichuk, who is leading the Brown Danoff project and served as a speaker during the event, sharing her industry experience and encouraging students as they explore future careers in the trades.

Earlier this year, our Mission Critical Center of Excellence team hosted a Trade Partner Appreciation Event at our Indiana project site to recognize the hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship of the men and women moving the project forward.

We welcomed more than 1,500 trade partners across two break tents for a day of great food, camaraderie, and appreciation. Attendees enjoyed raffle giveaways including TVs, drills, golf gear, Suffolk shirts and hats, and more. Most importantly, it was an opportunity to thank our trade partners for their continued commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration. We’re proud to celebrate our partners who make projects like this possible.

What can Japanese history teach us about building in the United States? Quite a lot, it turns out.

Our first trip through Suffolk Global Partnerships, an initiative to collaborate with cutting-edge international companies that are dedicated to resolving built world challenges, brought us to Osaka. Suffolk Technologies Partner, Head of Platform Parker Mundt has all the details about our visit with the team at Takenaka, where we saw just how much we can learn about the legacies of master builders.

In honor of Memorial Day, Suffolk team members joined Home Base and the Massachusetts Military Heroes Fund for the annual Flag Planting at the Soldiers and Sailors Monument on Boston Common. Alongside other volunteers, the team helped plant more than 37,000 flags, each representing a Massachusetts service member who gave their life defending our country since the Revolutionary War.

Now in our third year participating, this event remains a meaningful part of Suffolk’s long-term partnership with Home Base and our support of Veterans and Families of the Fallen. Led by our Veterans Who Build Business Resource Group, our team is proud to stand alongside fellow community partners in honoring the bravery of those who served. This Memorial Day, we remember and thank the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Suffolk Northeast was proud to support the Keep Brockton Beautiful community cleanup, joining residents, local organizations, and volunteers in a city-wide effort to give back to the Brockton community.

From helping clean local streets and public spaces to connecting with community members, we were grateful for the opportunity to work alongside leaders and neighbors to make a positive impact in Brockton. This great day concluded with a community barbecue celebrating everyone’s hard work and shared commitment to the city.

At UCSF, the Parnassus Central Campus Site Improvements (PCCSI) project has reached a key milestone, marking the start of the next phase. The Suffolk San Francisco team joined our client and trade partners in April 2026 to celebrate a ground reveal – rather than a building – with the completion of demolition of the School of Nursing building, an 88,910-square-foot structure that was more than 50 years old. With that work finished, the team will focus on major utility infrastructure upgrades to support future campus revitalization, including a sanctuary green space for patients, learners, faculty, staff, and visitors to enjoy.

Our Suffolk USVI team recently held two industry days supporting the Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital replacement project and the STT Healthcare Bundle. We’re proud that both events received a high level of engagement and enthusiasm from the local contracting community, demonstrating a strong commitment to contributing to the Territory’s recovery and long-term development.

These Industry Days served as a vital platform for open dialogue, knowledge-sharing, and relationship-building between project leaders, contractors, and community businesses. By increasing visibility into upcoming procurement opportunities and project expectations, the events helped ensure that local firms are better prepared to compete for and successfully execute work associated with these initiatives.

We look forward to building on this momentum and collaboratively delivering transformative healthcare facilities that will enhance access to quality care, support economic growth, and improve the overall well-being of the community.

Our Suffolk Northeast team is making strong progress at our Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School project, with the gymnasium starting to take its final shape. Crews have installed and completed the hardwood floor, bringing to life this future home court for the Diman Bengals. As we continue to advance toward our first TCO in early summer, our team remains focused on delivering a facility that will be ready to welcome students in the fall.

Once complete, the new school will serve 1,500 students across four communities, featuring large shops in manufacturing, engineering, technology, construction, transportation, culinary arts and multiple other disciplines. Thank you to our team and trade partners who are helping bring this vision to life.
