The Phillips Street Play Area (PSPA) is a newly renovated park located in the Beacon Hill Neighborhood of Boston, MA. All funds raised support park programs that are free and open to the public. Past programs have included a Science in the Park Series for children, a Picnic in the Park & Music Series for the entire community and many wonderful fesitivals and events. Funds are donated through the B
