❄️ Another Happy Customer Staying Cool This Summer! ☀️

We recently completed the installation of a 2-zone Innovair heat pump system, providing efficient air conditioning just in time for these hot summer days.

This home is still in the middle of renovations, with the new siding scheduled to be installed soon. Rather than delaying the project and leaving the homeowner without A/C, we planned the installation with the next contractor in mind.

✅ We installed the line hide using extra-long stainless steel screws, allowing the siding contractor to simply loosen the cover, slide the new siding behind it, and reinstall everything without disturbing the refrigerant lines.

✅ Where the line set enters the attic, we installed a PVC mounting block, giving the siding contractor a clean, professional termination point to side directly up to—eliminating the need to remove or work around the line set.

Planning ahead and working with other trades helps ensure the finished product looks clean while saving everyone time and labor down the road.

The homeowner can now relax in a cool, comfortable home while the rest of the exterior renovation continues.

Another stunning chandelier installation completed! 💡✨

This beautiful alabaster chandelier weighed in at nearly 300 pounds and required three levels of staging along with custom structural framing installed in the attic to safely support the fixture’s weight.

Our team carefully engineered and installed the new support system, assembled each alabaster piece by hand, and positioned the chandelier at the exact height the homeowner envisioned. Best of all, we completed the entire installation without any damage to the Sheetrock and without the need for any patching or repairs.

These large, high-end fixture installations require experience, planning, and attention to detail—and we’re proud to deliver results that look as good behind the scenes as they do from the floor below.

UPDATE on last night’s emergency call ⚡

Today we teamed up with MB Electrical Contracting and went straight to work getting the damaged feeders pulled out of the conduit and new ones installed… and look what we found — the red phase was completely corroded all the way through (see pic).

Thanks to an awesome collaboration with the MB crew — Jake and Mike — not only were we able to get a generator on site last night to keep everyone powered, but today we pulled out 180 feet of feeder cable to the tap box, installed a brand-new set of feeders, and had the buildings fully energized again.

We also brought in a skid steer to clear the area and help with the pull — teamwork at its best.

Got an emergency call tonight at a condo complex where six units in two separate buildings were completely without power. After troubleshooting, we found a dead leg inside the conduit.

Huge shout-out to MB Electric — Michael Bowlby came through big time and got a generator delivered tonight so we could temporarily power the residents back up until we team up tomorrow to pull in new feeders and make permanent repairs.

Always a pleasure working with great friends in this industry who show up when it matters most.
