WE’RE HIRING!

Lynch’s Lawn & Fence is growing, and we’re looking to add the right person to our team!

We’re hiring a sales representative/ project manager, with the main focus of this position being sales.

We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything about fences or even someone with years of sales experience. We can teach you all of that.

What we ARE looking for is someone who is motivated, dependable, outgoing, and ready to work.

A big part of your day will be talking with customers, answering and making phone calls, sending estimates, following up on leads, meeting customers in person, and going after new business. You’ll also help keep projects organized and make sure things are moving in the right direction.

And yes… you’ll probably end up in a few of our videos too 🤣 So being comfortable on camera is definitely a plus!

This is a fast-paced job, and we need someone who can keep up. Someone who doesn’t need to be reminded to get things done, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, and actually enjoys talking to people.

Experience is NOT required. We will train you!

We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything about fences or even someone with years of experience. We can teach you all of that.

A big part of your day will be working outside, installing different types of fencing, setting posts, tearing out old fences, loading and unloading materials, using tools and equipment, and working alongside our crew to get each job done the right way.

And yes… you’ll probably end up in a few of our videos too 🤣 So don’t be surprised when the camera comes out!

This is a fast-paced, hands-on job, and we need someone who can keep up. Someone who doesn’t need to be reminded to get things done, isn’t afraid of hard work, can handle working outside in the Louisiana heat, and takes pride in the work they put their name on.
