💧 WATER DAMAGE ISN’T ALWAYS AS DRY AS IT LOOKS.
One of the biggest misconceptions we hear after water damage is:
“We put a fan on it and it dried up.”
Unfortunately, in many cases, what you can see is only part of the problem.
Water can travel underneath flooring, soak into drywall and insulation, get behind cabinets and baseboards, and absorb into other building materials. The surface may feel completely dry while moisture is still trapped where you can’t see it.
That’s why professional mitigation is so important. Proper mitigation involves:
