This was a call I got after a big box company charged her an arm and a leg for a garbage disposal that wasn't properly installed and leaked for more than 6 months, doing major damage to the base of her cabinet.
I reset the the garbage disposal properly, and unstopped her kitchen sink that's been an issue for more than a year.
If you just absolutely want to use Roto Rooter and pay through the nose for sub standard work, I won't stop you.
If you'd prefer it done right and not break the bank, then you know how to find me.

First few pics is what I took when I came to give the customer a bid on repairing a drain leak under his house.
The next few are the repairs his original "plumber" made this morning, and charged him for the work.
It's leaking worse than it was to begin with.
