When we were called, the homeownerโ€™s insurance claim was valued at roughly $2,500. Through a thorough inspection, detailed photo documentation, scope review, and working through the claim process, the total covered damage increased to roughly $27,000. A great project is one thing. A lasting client relationship is something completely different. ๐ŸŽฏ

We originally connected with this out-of-state investor through a referral from one of our real estate clients. Jake Becton ran point from the beginning, built the relationship, and since then has completed multiple roofing projects for himโ€”including replacing the roofs on all three structures at this property. ๐Ÿก๐Ÿ 

Today, weโ€™re back againโ€”this time replacing the siding with Hardie board. Once complete, the entire exterior will be painted white for a clean, updated finish. โœ”๏ธ
