Membership Development IBEW LU 654 We provide electrical training, job placement, and qualified electricians to affiliated contractors in Delaware and Chester County, for over 75 years.

Our intention is to promote the customers and their businesses that acknowledge our area wages, benefits, and working standards. They are giving our members the opportunity to showcase why we are worth paying a little more for the services we provide. We would also like to give any responsible contractor the opportunity to sign with the IBEW. They can utilize our qualified electricians and get training for their existing employees through our training center, that is located on our premises.
