We’re excited to see construction begin on The Branch at Turnleaf in Punta Gorda!

South Florida Architecture is part of the team behind Turnleaf’s new 2.5-acre resident amenity campus, which will include club facilities, a resort-style pool, fitness center, pickleball and bocce courts, an outdoor yoga lawn, playground, gathering spaces and more.

South Florida Architecture President Brian Ahmedic and Director of Operations Michael Jorgensen recently joined GreenPointe Holdings and Curran Young Construction at the site for the official groundbreaking.

It’s always rewarding to see a project leave the plans and start becoming a real place for people to gather, relax and enjoy their community.

We’re looking forward to watching this one come together.

A new chapter for a downtown landmark.

Every redevelopment project begins with seeing potential where others see an aging building.

South Florida Architecture is proud to be part of the team contributing to the transformation of the former Royal Palms Towers property into Riverline by Marriott, helping bring new life to one of downtown Fort Myers' most recognizable structures.

Projects like this represent more than construction, they represent reinvestment in our community, preservation through adaptation, and a vision for the future of the River District.
