Clay tile roof recently completed in Punta Gorda, Florida 🙂

The homeowners wanted to keep the classic Spanish-style look of the home while replacing the roof, and we're really happy with how this one turned out.

Our crew did a great job on the details. Clean cuts through the valleys, nice mortar work, and an overall clean install.

Manufacturer: Santafé Tile
Profile: Spanish S
Color: Red
Underlayment: Owens Corning WeatherLock® Tile & Metal

Your roof is one of the biggest investments you’ll make—protect it!

We recently repaired this customer’s tile roof and completed a soft wash followed by a semi-gloss roof sealant to help protect the color and keep it looking great.

Did you know? ☀️ UV rays slowly wear away the factory finish on concrete roof tiles. As that coating breaks down, the tiles become more porous, making them more susceptible to algae, mold, and discoloration.

That’s why we recommend sealing your roof after a professional cleaning. It helps restore protection, preserve the color, and keep your roof cleaner for longer.

Whether you’re looking to protect your investment with our Roof Restore Program or your HOA is on your back about a dirty roof, give us a call today and we’ll walk you through the process.

Built the right way from the start.

Another beautiful tile roof and gutter system replacement completed in Colonial Country Club. Tile used was Westlake Estate tile in Canyon Clay color with Owens Corning WeatherLock High Temp underlayment.

A tile roof is only as good as the system underneath it. Proper waterproofing, flashing details, ventilation, and installation methods all play a major role in building a roofing system designed to last in Southwest Florida.

At Epic Roofing, we take pride in quality workmanship, strong supervision, and honest communication from start to finish. We’re a local Southwest Florida roofing company that’s been here for years and we stand behind our work.

Whether you need a roof replacement, repair, or just an honest roof inspection, our team is here to help.

From that older terra cotta barrel look to a clean, modern dark slate finish. The difference speaks for itself.

We included the full process so you can see it all come together — tear-off, dry-in, and the final product.

Out with the old, in with the new. ✨

We just wrapped up the clubhouse at Terra Vista in Estero, and it’s looking better than ever—just in time for summer!!!

This roof system came with a Owens Corning Platinum Warranty (only about 1% of contractors in the country have option to add), offering up to 50 years of non-prorated coverage on materials and a twenty five year labor workmanship warranty backed by Owens Corning our partner. We installed Rhino G peel and stick underlayment and finished it off with Owens Corning Duration shingles in Brownwood.

We’re local, with a group of hardworking individuals who take pride in what we do and are dedicated to giving every customer the best service possible.
