🌿 Another Landscape Transformation Completed in McKinney, TX! 🌿

We had the opportunity to bring this beautiful property back to life with a full landscape refresh and cleanup!

For this project, we:

🌱 Removed rough boxwoods and agave plants around the pool area
🧹 Removed old mulch and installed w**d barrier fabric
🌿 Installed beautiful Texas Sage plants
🪨 Installed Rocky Mountain River Rock, supplied by our friends at Good Earth Soil & Materials
✂️ Trimmed and shaped existing shrubs throughout the property
🌳 Trimmed Vitex trees and other ornamental trees
🌱 Removed an unused section of sod to expand the front flower bed
🍂 Refreshed the mulch in the front flower beds
🧹 Completed a full flower bed and property cleanup
🚛 Hauled off all landscape debris and unwanted material

The result was a cleaner, more functional, and refreshed landscape that really helps showcase the beauty of this property.

Our customer was extremely happy with the finished product, and we had a great time bringing their vision to life! 🙌

💥 Transformation Tuesday!

This customer in Sherman, TX had been planning this project for several years and we got to parter with her, execute the project and bring it to life for her.

Customer had an unused oddy shaped area in the middle of the driveway and wanted to bring a Colorado Mountain Style to their property.

✅ Arizona Blue Cypress trees planted
✅ Irrigation drips tied into system
✅ Quality w**d barrier installed
✅ Teak Benda Board sythetic wood barrier installed at perimeter
✅ Placed (3) Large boulders
✅ Base layer of 1-2” Rocky Mountain Rock installed
✅ Top layer of beautiful 2-4” Rocky Mountain Rock installed

This week has been a fully booked week, thank you Lord!

Finished up with a regular client’s place yesterday in McKinney.

✅ Mowed, edged and blown
✅ Added fresh black mulch to front trees
✅ Added packed topsoil against flatwork where erosion has occurred
✅ Spread an acre of Pre-Emergent W**d and Feed.

Another job completed and another happy customer!

***BEFORE & AFTER***

The ploblem:

This lot had some excess drainage and caused a good deal of erosion on a portion of the side yard, ruining the grass and wrecking an intentional retaining wall area around a tree.

Our solution:
We started off by testing all irrigation and repaired some leaks and faulty components.

Next, we installed a much needed french drain system, with a 50 run which terminates at the property’s planned drainage swale, beginning at the inception point of excess water from overworked gutter downspout and poor drainage plane.

We cut out wrecked grass and bare areas, added back in layerings of topsoil and prepped yard for new sod.
We also layed 9+ pallets of St. Augustine Sod.

Finally, we tore out existing old railroad ties and added in excess soil, leveled out retaining wall area and installed new thicker ties to bulk up retaining area and back filled with extra soil.

Another project completed in Bonham!

◾️Fire Pit area REFRESH down by the lake front-Removed w**ds and debris, laid out new w**d barrier and added several new of Black Granite Sand.

◾️ 30’ paver pathway with custom formed and poured 3x2 pavers at front of house.

◾️Built up retaining wall around tree, as per customer request and backfilled with topsoil to prep for the usage of a future chipping green.

◾️Added 11 yards of crusher run to tore up and muddy sloped driveway.
