We currently build 10-15 homes per year. We are detail oriented and maintain a passion for satisfying homeowners. We use quality materials in both spec and custom houses. One of your largest investments made in life will be your home. We want you to be proud to call your house your home both the day you move in and beyond.

One of our favorite features in this Parks Custom Homes new construction in Altoona has to be these custom arched built-ins framing the fireplace. 😍

From the arches to the detailed trim work throughout the home, these are the touches that take a house from beautiful to WOW. Every room has something that catches your eye and shows the craftsmanship that went into this home.

This is the kind of new construction you have to see in person to truly appreciate.
