✨Meet the Team Monday: Featuring Matt Carter✨

At Advanced Roofing, our success is driven by dedicated team members who are committed to serving our customers with excellence. This week, we're proud to spotlight Matt Carter, our Operations Manager.

Matt was raised in Warner Robins, Georgia, and has been a valued member of the Advanced Roofing, team for the past seven years. He graduated from Houston County High
School in 2015 before earning his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Middle Georgia State University in 2019. His education, combined with years of experience within the
company, has prepared him to successfully lead day-to-day operations.

Matt began his career with the company in residential sales, helping homeowners navigate the roofing process with honesty and professionalism. As the company continued to grow and expand, he played an important role in the transition from Advanced Roofing to it's parent company, Advanced Construction Group, helping broaden the services offered while maintaining the same commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. His dedication, strong work ethic, and leadership led him into commercial project management, where he successfully oversaw large-scale projects before advancing into his current role as Operations Manager.

Today, Matt oversees the company's daily operations, working closely with customers, project managers, field crews, and vendors to ensure every project is completed efficiently, safely, and to
the highest standards of quality. His attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to customer satisfaction help keep projects on schedule while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Before entering the construction industry, Matt worked in the outdoors industry while attending college, an experience that helped shape his lifelong appreciation for the outdoors.

When he's away from the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Hannah, and his loyal assistant, Gus. While Gus may have four legs instead of two, he's always close by to supervise, boost morale, and make sure Matt never spends too much time away from home. Matt also enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing whenever he has the opportunity to get outside.

Matt is proud to be part of a company that values integrity, teamwork, and putting customers first. He believes that earning a customer's trust is just as important as delivering a quality project and strives each day to represent Advanced Construction Group with professionalism, honesty, and pride.

🌟 Owner Spotlight: Meet Jason Maloy 🌟

At Advanced Construction Group, our foundation is built on experience, integrity, and a passion for serving our community, and that starts with our owner, Jason Maloy.

A lifelong resident of Middle Georgia, Jason was born and raised in Warner Robins, Georgia. He attended Sacred Heart Catholic School before graduating from Mount de Sales Academy. Following high school, he continued his education at Georgia Military College and Georgia College in Milledgeville.

Construction has always been in Jason's blood. Coming from a family deeply rooted in the construction industry, he spent more than 15 years building and remodeling homes alongside his family, developing the skills and work ethic that would later become the cornerstone of his own business.

Driven by a lifelong dream of serving his community, Jason transitioned into law enforcement after completing coursework at South Georgia Technical College. He was hired as a patrol officer and quickly earned a promotion to K-9 Handler, where he served with distinction for several years.

While Jason valued his time in law enforcement, his passion for construction and desire to spend more time with family ultimately led him back to the industry he loved. In 2015, he founded Advanced Roofing of Central Georgia, which later expanded into Advanced Construction Group, the parent company of Advanced Roofing of Central Georgia and Advanced Restoration of Central Georgia.

Jason's vision was simple: provide an exceptional customer experience through clear communication, outstanding service, and quality craftsmanship while helping change the negative stereotypes often associated with the construction industry.

What started as a two-person operation has grown into a thriving company with 14 full-time team members and a network of trusted, long-standing subcontractors. Despite that growth, the company's commitment to treating every customer like family remains unchanged.

Beyond business, Jason is a devoted husband and father of two who proudly calls Houston County home. His commitment to family and community is at the heart of everything he does. He believes that success is measured not only by the quality of the work performed but by the relationships built and the positive impact made on the people and communities served.

When he's not leading the team at Advanced Construction Group, Jason enjoys deep-sea fishing, golfing, and spending quality time with his family and friends. These passions reflect the same values that guide his business: building relationships, enjoying life's moments, and staying connected to the community he calls home.

Jason remains dedicated to growing a company founded on strong ethics, integrity, and service. His goal has never been simply to build a successful business; it has been to create a lasting legacy that his family, employees, customers, and community can be proud of for generations to come.

We were proud to be a sponsor and connect with wardens, facility leaders, and decision-makers from correctional institutions across Georgia. Last night, during the storms, we received a call from a local realtor we work with regarding a listing where a tree had fallen onto the home. The impact punctured the roofing system, allowing water to enter and flood the master bedroom closet.

Our team arrived first thing this morning to install an emergency tarp, help prevent further damage, and gather the documentation needed for the homeowner’s insurance claim.
