There are several keys to a successful popcorn ceiling removal—and doing it the right way makes

ALL the difference:
✅ Maintain a clean, dust-controlled environment by completely covering floors, walls, furniture, and surrounding areas.
✅ Make sure ALL of the popcorn texture is removed to create a clean, smooth surface.
✅ Always apply a bonding primer to properly seal the ceiling and help prevent future peeling or adhesion problems.
✅ Completely skim-coat the ceilings to achieve a smooth, professional finish.
✅ Apply a bright white ceiling finish for that fresh, clean look.
✅ And most importantly—leave the house spotless when we're finished.

We accomplished a TON this week, but nothing is more worthy of showing off than this door restoration we completed! 🔥

Pictures honestly don’t do justice to how detailed and time-consuming this project was.

A door like this may look like an easy task, but getting it done the right way is extremely tedious. We literally spent three days sanding and working through every groove and detail to get this wood back to a like-new finish.

Our process:
• Completely sanded the door down, paying attention to every groove and detail

• Conditioned the wood to ensure an even, beautiful finish

• Applied the stain color of my choice

• Finished it with three coats of marine-grade varnish for maximum protection and durability

This is the difference between simply putting another coat on a door and actually restoring it.
It takes patience. It takes experience. And most importantly, you can’t skip steps.

The finished product speaks for itself. 👌

Another project in the books!🏝❤️✅️

This home was definitely ready for some love after 20 years ❤️❤️❤️

We replaced a significant amount of rotted siding and trim, scraped all of the loose paint from the deck, and applied two coats of a premium exterior coating designed for long-lasting protection. We also removed the old deck, and this beauty turned out amazing.
