We built the porch first. Next, we’ll install a new roof on the home and tie it all together.

🏡 Another Custom Home Coming to Life in Nunnelly, Tennessee!

There’s something special about watching a home go from a set of plans to a foundation—and eventually becoming the place a family calls home.

We’re excited to be underway on this beautiful custom home in Nunnelly, TN! The foundation is down, and this project is officially taking shape. The finished home will feature a beautiful modern farmhouse design with clean white siding, dark accents, a metal roof, and a welcoming front entrance.

When you've been in business for 34 years, you have some failures mixed in with your successes. Things sometimes go wrong on a job site, but we never leave it that way. We fix our mistakes at no additional cost to our clients because that's the right thing to do. It can be a material issue, a bad day issue, or a miscommunication issue. Whatever it is, we make it right. That's also why all of our homes come with a 1-year warranty! All you have to do is call your Project Manager or the office at 615-512-4112.

It has taken some time, but we've put together a solid team -- the best of the best! Everyone is open, easy to work with, and eager to do a good job! You can feel safe sharing your concerns with them. They'll be ready to have a conversation with you about why things are done a certain way, and when you make them aware that something's off they will be quick to get it straightened out!

Have you been wanting to build a home but are finding the prices too high right now? A semi-custom home might be the answer you're looking for. With semi-custom homes, builders take an existing plan and allow for some modifications. This approach gives you some personalization without starting completely from scratch. The process is usually faster and more predictable than fully custom builds, and pricing tends to sit in the mid-range. You can always start here and make changes later down the road! As long as the bones are good (the layout, build quality, planning for what you might add in a few years time, etc), you can add onto a section of the house, add a second story, or renovate anything you want to at any time!
