Finished this one up in Nebraska recently.
30x50x14 with a 12x30 lean-to.
One thing I appreciate about projects like this is that they're practical. Not oversized. Not overcomplicated. Just a well-thought-out building that gives the owner the space they need today while leaving room for whatever comes next.
Whether it's a workshop, equipment storage, vehicles, ATVs, a boat, or a combination of all of the above, having dedicated covered space tends to make life a little easier.
One thing I've learned over the years is that no two customers end up using their buildings exactly the same way. That's why the conversation usually starts with how you plan to use the space, not the dimensions of the building.
