Pools West Vinyl Liner Scheduling Policy – 2027 Season

At Pools West, we strive to provide fair scheduling and quality service for every customer. Because liner replacement demand is high and scheduling is limited, we use the following guidelines when prioritizing projects:

1. Existing Pools West Customers
Customers whose pools were originally built or previously serviced by Pools West receive scheduling priority whenever possible.

2. Emergency Situations
Pools experiencing urgent issues that affect safety, prevent use, or risk damage to the pool structure may be considered for emergency scheduling based on availability.

3. Order of Contact
After existing customers and emergency situations are addressed, projects are scheduled in the order inquiries are received, and completed information is provided.

4. Required Information
To secure a place on our scheduling list, customers must provide:

- Name
- Property address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Pool builder information (if not originally built by Pools West)

5. Seasonal Scheduling
Liner replacement scheduling is based on weather, material availability, and project logistics. Placement on our contact list does not guarantee a specific installation date, but we will communicate estimated timelines as scheduling becomes available.

6. Commitment to Quality
Our goal is to provide every customer with the highest quality workmanship and service. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through each season’s schedule.

Thank you for choosing Pools West.
