Big progress is taking shape in Meridian, Idaho!

Construction continues to advance on this storage condo development, with steel structures in place, roofing installed, exterior finishes, and building details coming together.

Designed to meet the growing demand for versatile, high-quality storage, this development will offer:

• 18' ceilings with room for mezzanines
• Fully climate-controlled spaces
• 14' x 14' electric overhead doors
• 100-amp and 200-amp electrical service
• Select pull-through units

From the expansive interiors to the premium amenities, every detail is designed to give owners greater flexibility for vehicle storage, recreational equipment, business inventory, and more.
