Forging ahead toward the grand opening in Roseburg, Oregon, on another successful Forge project. This 46,375 square foot, 267-unit, 5-building self storage facility features standing seam metal roofs across all buildings, along with durable metal siding designed for long-term performance and curb appeal.

Forging ahead in Brunswick, Maine, on this 3-story, 55,992 square foot, 417-unit self storage facility. Multi-story self storage continues to be a smart solution for maximizing rentable square footage while making efficient use of limited land, especially in growing markets where property costs and site constraints matter. These facilities help owners increase storage capacity, improve operational efficiency, and create long-term value within a smaller footprint.

For this project, Forge is supplying and installing all cold-formed framing, structural steel, stairs, roll-up doors, and the corridor package. The facility also features insulated metal panels on the front facade and a standing seam roof that was rolled onsite. Using one continuous roof panel eliminates panel laps and helps mitigate the risk of water intrusion while delivering long-term durability and performance.

Forge was proud to participate as a sponsor of the 5th Annual Golf Tournament hosted by the Freedom Youth Foundation. It was an incredible day filled with great conversations, strong community support, and meaningful connections, all in support of an important cause.

The Freedom Youth Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth in foster care through mentorship, sports programs, financial literacy, employment training, and essential resources that help empower children and young adults to build successful futures.

A successful project does not start when crews arrive on site. It starts much earlier with market feasibility, site planning, building layout, design coordination, budgeting, and honest conversations about what will actually work for the parcel.
