Well this was just wrong from the day it was built!

They stacked a roof right on top of another roof facet.
It caused problems so someone tried to put in flashing and caulk it (probably the past home owner.) and it made things worse by allowing water to back up, rot out siding then go down behind the siding rotting it and the sheathing out.

This is exactly what I'm talking about when I say builders don't care about the people who buy their homes. This could have been entirely avoided. Now years and years later the homeowners having to spend $1,000 for this repair because whoever built this home had no foresight to see that this was going to cause a problem or they did not care.

We cut back the subfacia on both sides and are rebuilding the roof line so that we can install a gutter between both roof facets to catch all the water.

When it comes to fixing problems created by builders 30 years ago don't worry I've got you covered!

For a full service construction company we end doing a lot of roofing.

That might be because we have the best service in the valley when it comes to roofing. I am personally on every job getting the work done.

I am scheduled out a few weeks and looking to add to our schedule for the fall.

We work year round.
Were privately and locally owned and operated.
Owner handles all estimating and clerical work, owner is on site working.
Communication is key! (I'd rather over communicate than under communicate.)

Oh you didnt realize that we are also proficient in luxury roofing?

No problem! Here me out!

This home will be getting a complete trasformation by just replacing the roof.

The owner decided she wants a presidential shingle installed. With them being substantially thicker and lasting longer this home owner will never have to replace the roof again in their lifetime. And the home is going to have the appearance of having hand broken wood shake rather than a thin architectural shingle look that you can see in this picture.

We gave an estimate and NO WE WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST!

However not choosing the lowest bid for luxury roofing IS the right choice!

When it comes to a project like this you don't want to be rushed. And you don't want to feel like you have to get it done quickly. That's how mistakes are made and when you offer a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship you have to guarantee that's done correctly.

The funny thing is for this luxury roof we actually came in cheaper than a lot of the salesman are selling standard architectural shingles for.

This home will be getting malarkey Windsor shingles in midnight black. And we'll be starting this project the 14th of september.

When it comes to knowing that your contractor is proficient we don't just talk about it. We actually show you our work and the process.

Who you hire matters!

There's millions of reasons why you should just hire a trademan whos started their own business than a salesman.

The biggest point here is a salesman cares about getting your money. And a tradesmen cares about the quality of his work.

Do your research. Make sure you're not falling victim to scams and overpriced salesman.

The fact of the matter is that there's bad people out there. And a lot of people have no qualms with taking your money.

We don't ask for a material deposit until the week before we're actually starting your roof. You get a paid invoice the moment you hand me a check.

And more than that we just simply do what we say we're going to do. And in the end that's what really counts.
