When you’re comparing roofing proposals, don’t just ask:

💨 Your roof survived the windstorm.

But did it?

After the 60+ MPH winds that moved through the Treasure Valley this spring, many homeowners in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa, and Caldwell may have roof damage they can't see from the ground.

One of the most common things we find after high winds isn't missing shingles.

It's shingles that have lifted and lost their seal.

From the ground, everything looks fine.

From the roof, we may find:

Most homeowners don't know how to inspect a roof.

But they do know how to recognize professionalism.

Before we ever install a shingle, there are clues that tell you a lot about a roofing company:

✔ Is the ladder placed correctly?
✔ Is the crew using proper safety equipment?
✔ Are materials organized and protected?
✔ Is the jobsite clean?
✔ Do the installers have the right tools for the job?
✔ Does the company pay attention to the small details?

The truth is, the little things often predict the big things.

A contractor who takes shortcuts with safety, organization, and preparation may take shortcuts where you can't see them too.
