A few months ago, this was just an area beside their home with the potential to do more.

These homeowners wanted additional living space without changing the home they already loved, so we started by creating the right plan for an ADU just off the main house.

From clearing and leveling the site to adding the septic tank, completing the concrete and footings, framing the structure, and beginning electrical, each stage has moved this space closer to becoming something they can actually use.

This is where the project really started to take shape, and there’s a lot more progress to show from here.
