Custom Care Pest Services Custom Care Pest Services provides a zero obligation, free inspection and estimate. Custom Care was started in Boise, Idaho by Phil Coulson in April of 2001.

Custom Care’s problem-solving approach and helpful service technicians have built the trust that exists between Custom Care and our many satisfied customers. Phil brings 22 years experience with him, six of which were spent working throughout the state of Florida, one of the industry’s most challenging regions. Coming to Boise in 1997 Phil furthered his experience working in the pest industry’s Western conditions. “Idaho surprised me", Phil remarked. "The pest population isn’t as persistent as it is in the South, but the variety of pests that we deal with here is greater. Every year there seems to be an outbreak of something new and unexpected.”

Custom Care’s success comes from Phil’s attention to organization. “Coming out of one of the industry’s most respected companies, Massey Services, I’ve been able to bring that experience to Custom Care. Large companies have the infrastructure to depend on, but sometimes they lose touch with their customers. I use the same organizational systems they employ, but I focus on giving great, personal service.”
