• Run pipe crews on commercial + heavy civil jobs
• Stay ahead of the job — planning, production, and problem solving
• Read plans, manage grades, and execute clean installs
• Keep your crew moving, safe, and accountable
• Communicate with supers, estimators, and office to keep jobs on track

WHAT WE EXPECT:
• Experience with — water, sewer, storm, Irrigation, etc. (no learning curve)
• You take ownership — excuses don’t build projects
•You care about production, paperwork, and doing it right the first time
•You treat the crew and the company like it’s your own
