Out with the old tank water heater and in with the tankless! Along with hot water recirculating pump AND water softener 🤙
A huge misconception is that tankless water heaters provide on demand hot water. Not necessarily true. They heat the water ON DEMAND but do NOT provide on demand hot water at the faucet. That is where the hot water recirculating pump comes in! Throw it on a timer (or a smart pump can pick up on your routine) and you won’t run the shower for minutes wasting water waiting for hot water!
ALSO, the water here is EXTREMELY HARD. I’ve seen many deteriorated faucets, shower heads, dishwasher brackets, pipes, etc and a water softener can prevent that! Give MGM Mechanical a call and we will provide top quality work!
