Unfinished projects? Abandoned properties? Burn homes? Elkwood has you covered! This unfinished home was abandoned in the middle of the build. Nature took its tole over the course of 5 years until Elkwood was brought in to restore and finish the home.

The slab foundation and concrete walls were unharmed. All compromised framing was inspected, identified, removed, and rebuilt to like new condition.

Insulating concrete form or insulated concrete form (ICF) is a system of formwork for reinforced concrete usually made with a rigid thermal insulation that stays in place permanently in interior and exterior walls, floors, and roofs. While most commonly crowned for its Energy Efficiency, ICF construction has many other benefits including, but not limited to its Strength, Sound Absorption, Fire Protection, Indoor air quality, and its resistance to vermin.
