The smartest thing you can do before signing with a cabinet shop is ask to see the floor.

Ours is open by appointment. Not because we're precious about it — because forklifts are moving material and the CNC is running, so you'll wear a vest and goggles and our operators will know to slow down while you're on the floor. It's a working factory, five days a week. If you come at three in the afternoon, it won't be swept.

Here's what you'll see. First the office: seven engineers drawing kitchens, accounting, samples, the whole operation moving. Then you walk through a door and the shop floor opens up — a Biesse Rover A router, a Winstore X3 panel-storage system feeding it, a Stream A Smart edge ba**er. Italian machines, running all day. Nineteen people in one building, building cabinets.

A developer came through recently. He'd been comparing quotes and portfolios. Halfway across the floor, his questions changed. He stopped asking whether we could handle his project and started asking how fast we could turn it around.

That's what the floor does. A portfolio shows you a finished kitchen. A factory shows you a company that will still be here in five years to stand behind it.

We've been in Deerfield Beach since 2002. If you ever doubt your cabinets are being built, come touch them.

Yes. By appointment, with a safety vest and goggles, and most people who do it become clients. Walk the factory floor and see your cabinets being built.
