We're Hiring – Intern Architect
📍 Boca Raton, Florida
Mummaw and Associates, Inc. is looking for a motivated Intern Architect to join our architectural studio in Boca Raton.
With over 40 years of architectural success, our firm has built a strong reputation delivering a wide range of projects including retail centers, office buildings, multi-family residential, hospitality developments, and high-end custom homes. Our team also brings extensive experience in entitlements, zoning approvals, municipal coordination, and interior tenant improvements.
We combine progressive design thinking with practical project delivery, guiding projects from concept through approvals and construction with a strong commitment to quality and client service.
We are especially passionate about developing the next generation of architects. Through our award-winning mentorship program, young professionals work directly with senior leadership while gaining hands-on experience across all phases of architectural practice.
Position Overview
This full-time, on-site role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and residential projects while developing skills in design, coordination, and construction documentation.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with architectural drawings and construction documents
• Supporting project coordination and consultant communication
• Preparing permit and submittal documentation
• Working with BIM platforms such as Revit
• Participating in project meetings and design reviews
• Supporting sustainability and LEED considerations when applicable
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 0–3 years of experience (internship experience welcome)
• BIM/Revit proficiency preferred
• Strong design and communication skills
• Interest in commercial and high-end residential architecture
• Desire to pursue architectural licensure
