Newest addition project coming to Boca Raton — and we couldn’t be more excited that this family chose ENY again after we completed their first renovation.

What’s on the docket:

🔨 245 SF office/bedroom addition — engineered CMU block construction, hurricane impact windows, built to Florida’s 170 MPH wind code

🛁 Full primary bathroom gut & rebuild — custom double vanity with quartz countertop, zero walk in shower, built-in soaking tub with tiled deck

🏠 Complete standing seam metal roof — the whole house, plus all-new fascia

Plans are stamped, contract is signed, and permits are in motion. This is the part most people never see — the engineering, the product approvals, the coordination that happens before a single block gets laid. It’s also the part that decides whether a project runs smooth or runs sideways.
