NOW HIRING — ROOFING TECHNICIANS
CLS Roofing is looking for dependable, motivated Roofing Technicians to join our growing South Florida service team.
We are hiring in:
📍 Palm Beach County
📍 Broward County
📍 Miami-Dade County
Experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates who want to build a career in the roofing industry.
Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in hot South Florida conditions
• Must be able to safely climb and work from ladders
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs or more
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Must be willing to learn and follow company safety procedures
• Must be able to work as part of a professional roofing service team
Preferred Experience:
Experience with roof repairs, leak detection, preventative maintenance, commercial roofing, TPO/PVC, modified bitumen, tile, shingle, metal roofing, coatings, and waterproofing is a plus.
Pay Based on Experience:
Entry-Level / Training: $18–$22 per hour
Experienced Technician: $23–$27 per hour
Lead / Senior Roofing Technician: $28–$32+ per hour
Opportunities for advancement are available for technicians who demonstrate strong workmanship, reliability, leadership, and the ability to complete service calls independently.
