‼️FYI‼️
Just because you have an LLC in the state if Alabama doesn’t mean you hold license in the state!
In order to own a legit electrical contracting company, an owner must be a licensed electrical contractor.
You can be an unlicensed person and work under someone who holds a contractor license but you can not own your own electrical contracting company and perform services for consumers without license. Period
And it’s also unlawful for a legitimate contractor to pull permits for another company that is not licensed!

💥💥Heads up, Marshall County💥💥💥 We love local work, but not by people who aren’t licensed. Alabama has clear licensing rules, if you’re not licensed, the state investigator is here and we’ll report you.
Homeowners: always ask for a license before hiring. Contractors: if you plan to work here, get legit. Protect your business and your neighbors.
