✨ Employee Spotlight: Meet Chris, Project Superintendent

Meet Chris, our Project Superintendent!

With more than 20 years of construction experience, Chris brings exceptional craftsmanship and leadership to every Kendrick Design-Build project. He oversees daily construction, coordinates our trade partners, and ensures every home is built to the high standards our clients expect.

Originally from New Orleans, Chris has called the Lowcountry home since he was 15. He began his career in framing, where he met our owner, Mark Kendrick, and the two spent more than a decade building homes together—a partnership rooted in quality craftsmanship that continues today.

When he's not on the jobsite, Chris enjoys fishing, attending alternative rock concerts, and spending time with his two daughters.

We're grateful to have Chris's experience and dedication leading our projects every step of the way!

Meet Collen, our Operations Manager!

A third-generation carpenter, Collen has been around construction since he was 12 years old, learning the trade from his grandfather right here in the Lowcountry. After graduating from Clemson University, he joined Kendrick Design-Build and has grown from Field Manager to Project Manager, and now leads our day-to-day operations.

When he's not at work, you'll find him spending time with his wife, Katherine, cheering on their favorite football team, trying new local restaurants, or relaxing by the water with a good book.
