Another backyard transformation completed on Santander Way!

This project started as a bare dirt area that was difficult to use and maintain. Our crew excavated and graded the site, installed a compacted gravel base for stability and drainage, and finished the space with premium artificial turf for a clean, low-maintenance outdoor area.
The result is a durable, attractive space the homeowners can enjoy year-round without the constant upkeep of natural grass.

✔ Site preparation & grading
✔ Gravel base installation
✔ Proper drainage considerations
✔ Premium artificial turf installation
✔ Clean, finished appearance

We love helping homeowners create outdoor spaces that are both functional and beautiful.

If you're considering artificial turf, gravel work, drainage improvements, or a complete outdoor makeover, give A-1 Builders a call for a free estimate.

🐾 Custom Dog Yard Transformation 🐾
This project was designed with one important family member in mind... the dog! 🐶

Our client wanted a clean, low-maintenance outdoor space where their dog could run, play, and enjoy the backyard year-round. We installed premium artificial turf, created defined borders, refreshed the landscape beds with fresh mulch, and gave the entire property a polished finished look.
Benefits of a custom pet yard: ✔ No muddy paws ✔ Easy cleanup ✔ Green year-round ✔ Durable for daily play ✔ Low maintenance

At A-1 Builders, we don't just mow lawns—we create outdoor spaces that fit the way people (and their pets) live.
If you've been thinking about a dog run, pet-friendly yard, landscape renovation, mulch installation, gravel work, or a complete property makeover, we'd love to help.

🌱 Playa Place Project Complete! 🌱

Another project in the books for the A-1 Builders crew!
This backyard started as a rocky, underutilized space and was transformed through careful site preparation, grading, irrigation installation, stone edging, and fresh sod installation. The new lawn area is now neatly framed with natural stone borders that blend beautifully with the existing landscape while creating a clean, finished look.

From hauling materials and preparing the base to laying irrigation and installing the sod, our team worked hard to create a space the homeowners can enjoy for years to come. Seeing the transformation from bare ground to a lush green lawn is always one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
We'd also like to thank Edmonds with James' Fence Installation and More, LLC and Richard Speedy Jay Hoskins & Melissa Leigh Hoskins with Father & Son Detailing & Accessories. We appreciate the relationships we've built with other local business owners and are grateful when they trust us enough to recommend our work.

Most of all, thank you to our customer for choosing A-1 Builders. We appreciate the opportunity to help bring your vision to life.
If you're considering landscape improvements, lawn installation, rock work, drainage solutions, cleanups, or outdoor upgrades, we'd love to discuss your project.
