These are full-time, commission-based W-2 employee positions—not 1099 contractor positions.

Applicants MUST have residential roofing experience and be able to manage the complete sales process, including:

✅ Running company-provided leads
✅ Generating your own leads
✅ Performing inspections
✅ Taking complete documentation photos and measurements
✅ Preparing estimates
✅ Meeting with insurance adjusters
✅ Closing jobs
✅ Preparing complete files for production

Once the file is handed off, CCR’s production department handles the project through completion and collection—allowing our sales representatives to focus on the next customer.

🚨 NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME ROUTE DELIVERY DRIVER 🚨

CCR Roofing Services is hiring a dependable, organized individual to deliver marketing materials throughout Missouri and surrounding states.

This is NOT a sales position.
There is no door-to-door selling, cold calling, estimating, or soliciting.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow assigned routes using a delivery app.
Drop off informational packets at commercial buildings, schools, churches, dealerships, restaurants, apartments, and other businesses.
Take a verification photo at each commercial location.
Hang door hangers at assigned residential homes.
Pin each completed residential property in the delivery app.
Meet with management weekly to review completed work and upcoming routes.
Keep accurate records of all deliveries.

Residential routes do not require knocking on doors or speaking with homeowners.

Position Details:

✅ Full-time, salary-based position
✅ Company truck provided
✅ Company phone provided
✅ Routes and assignments provided
✅ Some travel and overnight stays required
✅ Approved overnight accommodations provided
✅ Based out of Blue Springs, Missouri

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and be comfortable driving for extended periods. The right person must be dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable using smartphone apps, and able to work independently.

Last night’s storm brought hail across Kansas City, Independence, North Kansas City, Sugar Creek, and surrounding communities.
