Project: Grading and site preparation for an asphalt driveway. The new driveway would allow vehicle access to the rear garage at the home.
Work performed:
1) layout for a 12' wide x 125' long driveway around the swimming pool and leading to the existing concrete apron.
2) Excavated sod and soil. Installed geo-textile fabric and geo-grid for soil and gravel separation and structural stability.
3) Spread and compacted 90 tons of 2" road base and AB3. Sloped for positive surface drainage.
4) Asphalt construction provided by JDI Concrete.
5) Backfill and final graded.
