We would like to thank all those people that had such positive things to say about our little 1 bedroom 1 bath with a loft we had posted. We ended up listing it with Kelly Schroter and Kristin Young with Sotheby's Realty about 5 weeks ago. They received multiple offers within a few days and it went under contract. We had our closing early this week and are excited to be moving on with our next project. Hope to have pictures in the coming weeks.
