GOODSPEED ARCHITECTS appreciates all clients, and loves to work with each especially through a collaborated effort. The Justmann’s were generous to allow GOODSPEED ARCHITECT to orchestrate the charge, organize, enhance, design, engineer, and detail the project for a final design that meets or even exceeds the clients goals, function and dreams.

On the Justmann’s home, we additionally designed the entire project to meet the “Age in Place” design focus, which focuses on accessible design and generally meet clearances related to the ADA Guidelines, planning for the future. We also planned and included adequate storage and circulation within each room and throughout, with an elevator.

New GOODSPEED ARCHITECTS Residential Design nearing completion in Blairsville’s, GA.
The 4,500SF Project is a three-story structure with 5-Bedrooms, a library, Study, and Playroom. Also has group living spaces in the Basement and First Floor Levels, 3-exterior decks, and in ground swimming pool. The project site is located on Lake Nottely.

GOODSPEED ARCHITECTS has been awarded a new commission to design a replacement Church facility for Grace PCA Presbyterian Church in Blairsville, GA. The church will be moving to a new site close by due to planned HWY 515 construction widening. Construction is currently planned to start Spring 2020.
