There is currently a wide area internet outage in the Blue Ridge Area with the upstream carrier Zayo. This outage is also effecting the Verizon Cell Phone Towers in the area causing issues with cell phone coverage in the area as well.

Teams are working to resolve the issue. There is currently no ETA for resolution but this outage is affecting multiple businesses and customers in the area and is given the highest priority.

There is currently an outage with the upstream carrier. We are working with the upstream carrier to get this outage resolved as quickly as possible. We will update you once we have more information.

As of now we are seeing the circuit to be online. We would suggest a reboot of the router if you are still having internet issues at this time.
