Commercial Construction Superintendent Needed in South Eastern Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

The successful candidates must have experience managing a variety of commercial construction projects. Experience in both renovation and new construction is mandatory. Secondary education is a plus but not required. Candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of onsite field experience. Completion of 30 OSHA hours training a plus but not required. The candidates should possess excellent analytical/problem solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The candidates must be able to successfully interact with architects, engineers, developers, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers. We are seeking hard working individuals that are detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
Requirements and responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:
β’ Experience managing different types of construction projects.
β’ Strong knowledge of construction methods.
β’ Resourceful problem solver and Leader with strong communication skills.
β’ Collaborate with team to generate and maintain schedules and communicate with all members of a development team.
β’ Coordinate and schedule all trades required to expedite the project.
β’ Detail oriented with an eye for quality control.
β’ Safety proficient and driven to maintain a safe working environment onsite.
β’ Administrative Responsibilities include: Daily Reports, 3-week look ahead schedules, document control onsite (tracking of drawing/RFI changes to the documents).
β’ Proficient in MS Office (Windows), Outlook, project management software, and scheduling software.
