Finished up another driveway extension!

The customer needed additional parking space, so we excavated the area, put down geo grid, installed a solid compacted stone base, and finished it off with treated timber edging for a clean, durable look that will last for years.

It’s amazing how much extra usable space a project like this can add while improving both the function and appearance of a property.

Got a call from a homeowner whose basement was flooding every time it rained. After inspecting the property, we found several issues contributing to the problem.

The backyard was improperly graded, causing water to funnel and collect directly against the foundation. On top of that, the gutter downspouts were dumping even more water into the same low area, making the problem worse with every rainfall.

Since the home’s location, neighboring properties, and driveway made it impossible to regrade the yard for proper drainage, we designed a drainage system instead. We installed a French drain, rerouted all of the gutter downspouts into their own solid pipe to carry water safely away from the home, and added a surface drain system to capture the standing water in the backyard.

A hot tub needed to be moved from a backyard to a lake house about 20 miles away, with a very steep and difficult-to-access location. We got it delivered and set in place without a hitch. Now it’s up to the owners to get it hooked up and start enjoying it!

Another pond brought back to life!

We were called out to repair a leaking pond and quickly found the problem. The original dam had no keyway, and tree roots had worked their way through the dam, creating multiple leak paths.

We excavated a proper keyway, compacted it correctly, imported the proper clay soil, and rebuilt sections of the dam from the base all the way up the 15-foot embankment.

The result? The pond is now sealed correctly, holding water, and filling back up just as it should.

Doing it right the first time makes all the difference.
