Here’s a covered porch where we removed an old wood deck, poured concrete slab with integrated footings and built a low slope porch roof overtop. Finished up posts and exterior soffit.
Now it’s up to the owner to install his electrical and soffit on the underside of porch roof.

We will also let the homeowner be part of the renovation, if they desire to self perform some of the work. So long as it doesn’t interfere with the integrity of the work , passes building code and my quality control. 🙂

Here’s something we don’t do every day. Limestone block retaining wall, with drainage behind wall. We also made a swell to direct water away from house.
Even through it has brick on the exterior, still cannot have water washing down a hill and sitting up against it. It was starting to show some damage to the wood structure, where some water was getting through. Now we are catching the water, not letting it wash down hill and sit against brick. Should do the trick and prevent future water damage. Thanks to Slater Excavation for the install.

Here’s a lovely detached garage we finished recently. Tommy Ds suppling the beautiful garage doors and Anderson windows, mechanically grinded epoxy coated floor, not that roll on crap. LP Smartside siding and a conditioned shop area as well.
Customer were great and are happy with final product, as always.

Here's another stunning transformation by Tabor/Bruce Architects - we seamlessly integrated three separate additions into this home, elevating its functionality and aesthetic appeal. Here are some interior photos of this approximately 4,700 sq ft house that is nearing completion. This is an exceptionally cool house and the largest residential project we have undertaken to date. The design was expertly handled by Tabor Bruce Architects, who are responsible for designing most of our projects. The final result is outstanding, thanks in part to the contributions of Tommy Ds, who provided windows, garage doors, and entry doors. Wylies supplied the flooring, while Blacks Lumber provided various other essential items. Additional key partners included Keller for HVAC, ALIANO Electric, Jones Plumbing, Anderson Framing, Steve’s Roofing, and Flynn and Sons, who handled concrete, driveway, and excavation work. We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone involved in this project and apologize if anyone has been inadvertently omitted.
