We recently closed on a new housing project in Rochester. The Commons at Bear Creek will provide 149 new affordable homes near the Mayo Clinic. We're looking forward to making progress on this one!

We are proud to have been part of the transformation of Mary Hall, a historic landmark that has served the Saint Paul community for the past 100 years.

Before Mary Hall welcomes its next residents, we're taking a moment to honor a century of service to Saint Paul.

Built 100 years ago in 1926 as the St. Joseph's Hospital Nurses Home, Mary Hall was created as a place of learning, leadership, and opportunity. More than 190 student nurses lived here while preparing for careers that would strengthen the health and well-being of our community.

As Saint Paul's needs evolved, so did Mary Hall. Over the decades, it served nurses, healthcare workers, and community members seeking stability, support, and a place to belong. Through each chapter, one thing remained constant: its commitment to serving people.

Today, we're preserving Mary Hall's historic character while preparing it for its next chapter- creating homes, fostering community, and ensuring this landmark continues to serve Saint Paul for generations to come.

For 100 years, Mary Hall has adapted to meet the needs of its community. We're proud to help carry that legacy forward for the next century.
