A great space is built on intention, technique, and the quiet dedication of the people doing the work. At The Mill, Myles focused his craft on the hallway alongside Payton, applying Sherwin-Williams Emerald Symmetry in Mortar, a distinct shade from their Designer Collection.

The material reflects a commitment to both sustainability and performance: a plant-based formulation that ranks among the brand’s most eco-friendly offerings, paired with an enhanced durability that surpasses the standard Emerald line. We deeply appreciate the focus and hard work Myles and Payton brought to this project.

There is a quiet dignity in getting the details right. Myles approaches these two-tone cabinets with the steady, deliberate pacing of a true craftsman.

It is an honest progression from bare surface to final form.

Today, he completes the work, applying the finishing touches to close out the project with clean precision.

Ceilings are an unforgiving canvas. It is rarely the glamorous side of the craft, but Payton understands that the hardest tasks are often the most vital.

Fighting gravity to bring a bright, immaculate light back into the space requires quiet dedication and exactly the right materials.

To achieve this, she applies Sherwin-Williams Premium Ceiling Paint. Engineered with active anti-microbial agents, it is purpose-built to defend high-humidity environments against mold and mildew.

It is grueling work, executed beautifully. No compromises. Just a flawless, enduring finish.
