December 24th marks a significant milestone for LaDonna Kessen as she will officially begin her retirement. She is concluding her impressive 26 1/2-year career, which began with Jones and Sons on July 15, 1999. We truly could not have known then what a treasure we were gaining.
LaDonna has been a loyal and diligent member of our team. Working in Accounts Payable, she has been instrumental in overseeing payments across all of our shops and retail stores. Her service has consistently been characterized by organization, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Beyond her professional duties, it is hard to quantify the impact LaDonna has had through her greatest, and often unseen, asset: her dedicated prayer life.
Please join me and other colleagues in congratulating LaDonna on her retirement. We love you, LaDonna, and we know this new season will bring many blessings to you and those around you.
Nathan Cecil: LaDonna is the kind of co-worker anyone would enjoy working with. She makes what is a difficult job look easy. Her dedication to Jones and Sons and serving others is truly admirable. She will no doubt be missed but we wish her and her family all the best in her new season of retirement!
Fred Knepp: LaDonna has been a wonderful coworker, friend, and inspiration to me. Her attention to detail and unwavering work ethic has inspired me to be better every day. I hope to be as great an influence to others as she has been to me. May you enjoy the blessings in this next chapter of your life. God's Blessings.
Joseph Mackey: It has been a joy to work with LaDonna during my years here. She has such a quiet, gentle spirit that one can only love and appreciate, while always having the answers to my many questions right at her fingertips. Thank you LaDonna for your help and friendship. May God continue to bless you in the direction He's calling you for the future.

Kurt Jones: I greatly appreciate LaDonna's leadership in the Accounts Payable department over the years. She ran a tight ship, keeping everything organized and making everyone's job easier. While she may joke about her IT computer skills, she is a person of the highest integrity and faith, which by far makes up for any technological shortcomings. She will be missed but I wish her all the best in her well deserved retirement.
