This customer had their bathroom remodeled recently by another contractor and now is having to do it again but through us.
This time, it was done the right way with cement board behind the tile instead of mortaring tile straight to sheetrock or the wood subfloor.

Make sure your contractors are knowledgeable about doing the job right the first time!
