🌟 Meet the Team: Shelby, HR & Marketing Director

We’re continuing our weekly series where you get to know the people behind The Lawn Men Estate & Grounds!

Meet Shelby: She brings a unique blend of experience in marketing, advertising, human resources, and business development to the team. She holds a certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has also completed advanced individual training in Human Resources through the U.S. Army. Shelby has been behind the scenes with us for a long time, playing a key role in our re-brand & continued market expansion. With multiple years of experience working in marketing and advertising, Shelby has worked beside us & many other businesses across a wide range of industries.

Outside of work with us, Shelby stays busy by coaching little league soccer, hobbyist beekeeping alongside her husband and their three kids & operating a business of her own.

We’re grateful to have Shelby as part of The Lawn Men team and appreciate the creativity, experience, and perspective she brings to everything we do.

Today we're celebrating the dogs of all our team members, the ones waiting at the window every time we head out for a mow or hardscape job. They don't do the work, but they sure make coming home from it better!

Meet Rob: As one of our Crew Leads, he plays an important role in helping our team get the job done right & making sure our properties are cared for with the attention to detail our clients expect and deserve! We love that Rob takes pride in making sure every job he works on is completed to the best of his ability.

Outside of work, Rob is pursuing his passion for helping others. He is currently attending Regent University to study faith-based addiction counseling, combining his love for helping people with his strong faith. When he’s not working or studying, you’ll probably find him with some music playing and a good conversation going!

We’re grateful to have Rob on our team and excited to watch him continue to grow both personally and professionally!

🌟Meet the Team: Bri, Community Liaison🌟

We're continuing our weekly series where you get to know the people behind The Lawn Men Estate & Grounds!

Meet Bri: She completed her TSAP in Business at Ivy Tech and went on to continue her studies at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She is an active member of BNI chapter Crimson Connect where she is building the exact type of relationships we desire to have within the Bloomington community. When it comes to lawn and landscape care, Bri's passion is in the plants! She loves digging into companion planting to solve garden and landscape issues & if you want to talk perennials, she's your girl!

Outside of work, Bri's world revolves around her son Malcolm! The two of them spend nearly all their time together, hiking and playing travel ball & soccer. He keeps her active and wild!
