Today I was reminded how important it is for customers to trust your gut, and if something doesn't seem right call another company for a second opinion. I gave a second opinion to a customer that had been told by another company that both of their furnaces were leaking co and needed to be replaced. The other company didn't disable either furnace even after their co detector had high level readings. After I seen the blurry non descriptive pictures I went to work inspecting the units. After visually inspecting finding no cause for concern I ran each unit one at a time for 20 mins a piece and got no co on my detector. Both units are old but safe. We aren't always able to give good news on a second opinion. I can assure you that you will get an honest assessment of your system. We strive to treat our customers like family.
